From Sahn Eddar’s selection of signature main courses, guests often rave about the Mixed Meat Grill, including Shish Kebab, Shish Taouk, Lamb Chops, and Kofta! If you’re looking for the freshest seafood, you could opt for the Seafood Mixed Grill with delectable Tiger Prawns and Lobster.

While your outfit may be casual at Shimmers Beachside Restaurant, the food on the menu is nothing short of sophisticated. Every meal is made to perfection, plated beautifully, and promises an explosion of unforgettable flavors.

You’ll then head up to Al Mahara, found on the first floor, where you’ll get to eat the best seafood. Did we mention Al Mahara has an aquarium for guests?

For your main course, you’ll head to Al Muntaha, a French restaurant boasting the finest panoramic views. For dessert, guests will be served at the Skyview Bar, which is located on the 27th Floor of the hotel. What better way to round off your dining experience than with breathtaking views from 200 meters above sea level?
