Situated 10 minutes from Downtown Dubai, this urban wonderland offers a fulfilling dining experience you would not want to miss!

1. Mondoux

Located in a quiet corner of the Harbour, Mondoux is a European-style restaurant that serves the most eclectic menu in the area. With its extensive food selection, this restaurant is an excellent location to dine in at any time of the day.

Start your morning with their breakfast meals paired with an aromatic cup of coffee, have a refreshing lemonade during a warm afternoon, or enjoy a nice glass of wine and cocktail during a fun night out with your friends.

It also features unprocessed desserts and vegan-friendly dishes, so Mondoux truly has something for everyone. Guests can dine indoors and relax in the cozy interior of the restaurant or eat outdoors and enjoy the view of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai skyline.

Those looking for the most nutritionally-dense dishes in the area would feel right at home eating at this restaurant that prides itself on its healthy, organic dishes.

Soulgreen is a fully-licensed dining spot that promotes sustainability and a healthy lifestyle. Offering 80% plant-based and 20% fish on their menu, most of the ingredients in their dishes are sourced from vegetables. This central concept of the restaurant is designed to fulfill their passion for preserving the environment without sacrificing inclusivity.

Soulgreen also brings forward their “Proud to Give Back” project, in which they provide food and water to impoverished children around the world. Meaning a portion of what you pay goes towards a charitable program.

Stage2 is one of Vida Hotel’s most laid-back dining venues that features delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. With its outdoor location offering a stunning view of the sea, this restaurant is an ideal destination to relax with a cup of Turkish coffee after a long day.

They offer a wide variety of Oriental courses that you might want to pair with their signature dish–the Walking Chocolate Fondant. However, if you’re in the mood for a healthier meal, I recommend their Alive & Inspired Summer Salad.

If you’re planning on doing some work here, you won’t have to worry about internet connection because Stage2 offers free Wi-Fi for guests, making it a conducive place for all work affairs.

4. Next Door Kitchen

Whether you’re hungry for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, Next Door Kitchen can sate your appetite with a wide range of delicious dishes.

With a mixture of indoor and outdoor dining spaces, Next Door Kitchen allows you to enjoy the gorgeous Dubai sunshine or relax on plush cushioned booth seats while digging into your meal.

Next Door Kitchen has a little bit of everything, ensuring that everyone finds something to enjoy. If you’re looking for some inspiration, I enjoyed fresh poached eggs in the morning, fresh-caught fried shrimp in the afternoon, and a perfectly seared steak in the evening.

This restaurant is designed to suit an international appetite, serving a sublime mixture of locally-inspired and foreign cuisines. So, don’t be surprised to see both french fries and saffron risotto on the menu.

But the true star of Next Door Kitchen might be their espresso and coffee selection. You’ll appreciate their fresh-brewed drink options if you need a perky pick-me-up.

5. The Courtyard

If you’re looking for a restaurant that offers stunning views of the Dubai Skyline, you won’t want to miss out on the opportunity to dine at The Courtyard.

This restaurant provides elevated local and international cuisine and an accessible outdoor dining area. Besides, it’s conveniently located on the ground floor of the Vida Creek Harbour Hotel. Still, you might want to make a reservation before arriving, as this restaurant is often quite busy.

The Courtyard offers a wide variety of small meals, making it an ideal spot to grab a quick (yet refined) bite to eat! It also offers a children’s menu, making it a kid-friendly breakfast, lunch, or dinner destination.

Some of my favorite picks include the sticky date pudding with caramel sauce, the cheese kunafa in rose syrup, and the mouthwatering Wagyu burger.

6. Amici Miei Dubai Creek Harbour

Whether you’re in the mood to dine out, grab-and-go, or order delivery, Amici Miei Dubai Creek Harbour has you covered. However, I recommend dining out, as this restaurant (located in the Vida Creek Harbour Hotel) has a stunning outdoor dining area ideal for romantic dinners and sunny breakfasts.

Still, this restaurant’s gorgeous ambiance can’t compare to its exquisite selection of dishes. So if you’re looking for a filling breakfast, you’ll want to choose the international breakfast buffet (available between 6:30am and 11:30am).  

This buffet is brimming with freshly-baked croissants, sweet pastries, fried eggs, and fluffy pancake bites. You’ll also find delicately shaved salmon garnished with olives, cold breakfast deli meats, and crispy egg rolls.

Lunch and dinner menu items also cater to an international palate, with dishes like pizza, grilled sea bream, and spicy vegetable soup available to diners. If you’d rather keep things light, you can enjoy several different salads designed to suit specific tastes and preferences.

But my favorite meal was the feast-worthy Arabic Mix Grill. This sizeable platter of dishes includes fresh onion and tomato, massive potato wedges, and a variety of mouthwatering meats.

7. KFC

Though KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) is often associated with the United States and Japan, it has locations all across the globe. So if you’ve been craving some crispy, savory fried chicken, coleslaw, and french fries, you might want to dine at the Dubai Creek Harbour KFC.

Though the indoor dining area is small, it’s brightly lit and exceptionally clean, making it an excellent destination for single diners, couples, or small groups. Of course, if you’d prefer to dine at home or in your hotel room, you can also have KFC delivered via Deliveroo.

Either way, you’ll be able to choose between single-person meals (For One) and shareable meals (For Sharing).

So, if you’re looking to snack on some KFC alone, you can enjoy meals like the Shrimp Box (fried shrimp and fries), the Surf & Turf Box (a combination of fried shrimp and fried chicken strips), and the Mighty Zinger Box (chicken sandwich with sides).

If you’re in the mood to share the deliciousness of KFC’s fried chicken and American-style sides, you can also choose to order buckets of chicken, large side portions of fries, and family-sized containers of coleslaw.

Still, my favorite thing to order when visiting this restaurant is the Rizo Ariabiatta. It’s a blend of tender Basmati rice, chopped fried chicken breast, arrabbiata sauce, and spicy chile sauce. Every mouthful of this side dish is filling and flavorful, and it’s a KFC menu item that’s challenging to find outside of Dubai.

8. Pizza Hut

If fried chicken isn’t your idea of a tasty lunch or dinner, you might prefer to pick up some Pizza Hut. This option is particularly convenient for those staying in one of the many Dubai Creek Harbour resorts or hotels, as Pizza Hut offers delivery services.

So, if pizza sounds appetizing to you and you don’t feel like going out to enjoy a hot meal, this option could be a winner. And if you’d rather dine in, you’ll be glad to know that this location also has plenty of indoor seating!

Whether you’re dining alone or with others, the menu has something tasty to enjoy. That’s because this Pizza Hut’s menu includes single-person menu items (Meal For 1) and group dining options (Sharing Meals).

Single-person options include the Solo Meal with Wedges and the Solo Meal with Garlic Bread. These meals include a small pizza of your choosing, a medium soft drink, and a single dipping sauce. The primary difference between them is the side (potato wedges or garlic bread).

If you’re looking to share your meal with others (or enjoy a large feast of Pizza Hut), you can select menu items like the Supreme Party Meal, Meal for 8, or Meal for 12. This variety of sharing options makes it easy to satisfy everyone in your party, regardless of how many people are in your group.

9. Caffe Divino Dubai Creek Harbour

Caffe Divino is a chain of cafes located throughout Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. They also have a small storefront in Dubai Creek Harbour. This cafe is ideally situated near the Dubai Creek waters.

This tiny coffee-focused restaurant could be an ideal spot for a romantic evening snack or a gorgeous daytime coffee break. The plentiful outdoor seating is a magical scene thanks to the sparkling strings of lights and bright green artificial lawn.

And if you think that coffee is the only item available from Caffe Divino, be prepared for a surprise! This cafe serves a variety of tasty dishes, including waffles, crepes, fried egg breakfasts, and milkshakes.

The Chef’s Special dishes are particularly mouthwatering, especially for fans of fresh fruit or gelato. For example, the Gelato Spaghetti is visually stunning, resembling a freshly cooked plate of noodles covered in tomato sauce. But the taste is 100% sweet!

Still, the most unique menu item at this Caffe Divino might be Red Bull Sorbet. This fizzy, frothy Red Bull concoction is a sweet alternative to espresso-based drinks and could keep you energized throughout the day.

Those looking for a hearty breakfast, a mid-day pick-me-up, or an evening snack can find a menu chock-full of delights when visiting Caffe Divino! The only potential downside is the lack of indoor seating, which can prove frustrating on rare rainy days.
